TERMS OF SERVICE

✪ PAYMENT
{✦} PayPal only; all prices are in USD.
{✦} The invoice will be sent after the concept sketch for the commission is approved.
{✦} Payment in full is required before I continue the commission past the sketch phase. Repeat customers may avail of installment payments (with an additional fee: 5% of the total commission price) for commissions worth $150+.
{✦} Once transactions are completed, refunds are not possible.✪ NOTES
{✦} All commissioned artworks are for non-commercial use by default. You may not remove my signature, alter the image, or sell the commission. Please ask about commercial usage.
{✦} I have the right to use any commissioned artworks (watermarked and at lower resolution) as part of my art samples/portfolio. If you will post the art on your social media accounts, please credit/tag my social account(s).
{✦} I do not accept rush orders. Please refer below for my turnaround time:

{✦} I work from oldest to newest waitlist slots. Those in the queue will be contacted when I reach their slot to confirm their current interest and ability to pay at that time.
{✦} IMPORTANT!! When filling out the commission form, please be sure to provide at least 3 accurate (color scheme and design) and high-resolution reference sheets/artworks of your character(s). Please keep any additional design notes clear and concise.
{✦} I will reject any commission request that I feel uncomfortable or unsuited for fulfilling.

✪ PROCESS
| STEP 1 | I will send you a concept sketch (rough idea for character pose and background) of the commission for approval. |
| STEP 2 | When the commission fee has been paid, I will then send you a refined sketch for final checking before I begin the rendering process. Please list all requested minor/major changes as I will only do sketch revisions twice. |
| STEP 3 | Once I begin the rendering process, I will send progress updates. Clients may request updates at any time, but please consider that my timezone is GMT+8. I will reply to you once I am online. |
| ~NOTE: | Any requested major revisions (i.e. hairstyle, placement of details, facial expression, tweaking of pose) during the rendering process will have an extra fee of $10 (or more, depending on the degree of requested revision/s). |
| STEP 4 | Upon completion, you will receive two copies of the commissioned art: one with the Commission Watermark and the other with my regular watermark. |

{✦} Big/detailed props like swords or piles of books require an additional $10, while small props like a letter or pen are free.
{✦} The default BG is transparent. Detailed BG art is upon request (additional fee of min. $30). BG with Nature-theme (e.g. sky, ocean, forest) are for FREE.
{✦} Other free BG options are any solid color, patterns, or gradients.
{✦} There will be additional fee for the following:
