TERMS OF SERVICE

✪ PAYMENT
{✦} PayPal only; all prices are in USD.
{✦} Payment in full is required before I continue the commission past the sketch phase. Repeat customers may avail themselves of installment payments provided that they will shoulder the extra PayPal transaction fee.
{✦} Once transactions are completed, refunds are not possible. This also means the client cannot change the commission type midway, nor can they cancel the partially paid commission.✪ NOTES
{✦} I will reject any commission request that I feel uncomfortable or unsuited for fulfilling.
{✦} I can help design outfits for your OCs, but I need you to provide specific and clear details to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
{✦} All commissioned artworks are for non-commercial use by default. You may not remove my signature, alter the image, or sell the commission. Please ask about commercial usage.
{✦} I have the right to use any commissioned artworks (watermarked and at lower resolution) as part of my art samples/portfolio. If you will post the art on your social media accounts, please credit/tag my social account(s).
{✦} I work from oldest to newest waitlist slots. Those in the queue will be contacted when I reach their slot to confirm their current interest and ability to pay at that time.
{✦} I do not accept rush orders. Please refer below for my turnaround time. I will inform you immediately if a potential delay comes up.

✪ PROCESS
STEP 1 > I will send you the commission's concept sketch (rough idea for character pose and background) for approval, along with the invoice.STEP 2 > When the commission fee has been paid, I will send a refined sketch for final checking before I begin rendering. At this step, please list all requested changes as I will only do a revision once. A revision refers to minor edits to the refined sketch and not a complete redraw (i.e. last minute changing of pose, outfit, hairstyle).For revisions, please:
- List the corrections in one (1) batch
- Highlight or circle specific areas as needed
- Attach additional references as needed
- Be clear and concise with your descriptions or requestsSTEP 3 > Once I begin the rendering process, I will send progress updates. Clients may also request updates at any time but please consider that my timezone is GMT+8. I will reply to you once I am online.Any requested revisions at this step will not be entertained. This is why accurate character reference art is important. The artist will not be held liable for any misinterpretation of specific details that are unclear or not visible in the reference art/images. However, the artist will likely clarify some details with you before proceeding with the rendering process.STEP 4 > Upon completion, you will receive two copies of the A4 sized 300dpi commissioned art: one with the Commission Watermark and the other with my regular watermark.
